East Penn Railroad (ESPN), operating 111 miles of track on 10 rail lines in Delaware and Eastern Pennsylvania- Middletown & New Jersey Railroad (MNJ), operating 7 miles of track in Southeastern New York State
Regional Rail, LLC leverages its considerable rail industry experience in acquiring and operating shortline railroads, and rail related businesses. The Regional Rail management team has considerable experience with Class I railroads, shortline railroads, rail/truck transload facilities, intermodal terminal operations, and industrial development.
