8/10/12 Regional Rail Acquires Majority Interest in Diamondback Signal, LLC. |

Regional Rail, LLC acquires and operates shortlines, regional railroads and switching services in the United States. Formed in 2007, Regional Rail currently consists of:
- East Penn Railroad (ESPN), operating 114 miles of track on 10 rail lines in Delaware and Eastern Pennsylvania
- Middletown & New Jersey Railroad (MNJ), operating 43 miles of track in Southeastern New York State
- Tyburn Railroad (TYBR) operating a 14 acre rail to truck transload facility, a trucking company providing regional delivery services, and a terminal switching operation in Morrisville, PA (midway between New York and Philadelphia).
Regional Rail, LLC leverages its considerable rail industry experience in acquiring and operating shortline railroads, and rail related businesses. The Regional Rail management team has considerable experience with Class I railroads, shortline railroads, rail/truck transload facilities, intermodal terminal operations, and industrial development.
